I have been remiss in checking the blog this past week and am so very, very sad to hear about Laurren – grateful for her homegoing, but so devastated for her family and for your children who are likely experiencing their first friend loss. Praying for you ALL and, of course, the Smith Family.

We have been following Laurren’s site for the past 2 years. I thought of Gage as soon as I heard she had gone home. I always love looking and the sweet pictures of the two of them. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Smith family as well as yours.

Good to hear from you. Know that we still pray for all of you. The boys prayed for Gage several times this past week.

I’ve mentioned this before…but I am still amazed that they think of him and pray for him completely unprompted. I don’t talk about my prayers for Gage with the boys…and I don’t really mention Gage to the boys unless they ask about how he is…but they pray for him out of the blue at times. This week it was Garner in particular. Just today at dinner he prayed for Gage that he would feel good. Then he asked how Gage was. So sweet…it is just evidence of the Holy Spirit…and that is why I tell you about it. I’m so thankful for the Holy Spirit.

You sharing your life brings blessings to me and it is a privilege to pray for you.
